Pedido de solidariedade Trabalhadores de Bangladesh!

VIOLENTA REPRESSÃO NA LUTA PELOS DIREITOS DOS TRABALHADORES NO RAMO DE VESTUARIO EM BANGLADESH

LIBERTAR O PRESIDENTE DO SINDICATO, READMITIR OS TRABALHADORES DEMITIDOS E ACABAR COM A REPRESSÃO!

Entre os presos estão Hafizur Rahman Sabuj, Presidente do Sindicato "New Modern Garment Workers & Employees, e o Vice Presidente do mesmo (cujo nome não foi informado) ".

NA LUTA CONTRA A PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO É FUNDAMENTAL A SOLIDARIEDADE INTERNACIONAL E O RESGATE DA LUTA PELOS DIREITOS DOS TRABALHADORES PRINCIPALMENTE NOS PAISES ASIÁTICOS, ONDE AS CONDIÇÕES DA MASSA EXPLORADA CHEGAM A CONDIÇÕES DE ESCRAVIDÃO DA CLASSE TRABALHADORA.

Necessitamos APOIAR com mais informações sobre os responsáveis, sobre essa luta para sua maior difusão possivel e inclusive possíveis boicotes a
patrões, produtos, ações das empresas  e autoridades governamentais desse país.

Por favor contatem as outras pessoas. 
 
Presidente do Sindicato está na prisão, 21 ativista demitidos - precisamos de ação urgente . 
 
Grupo de Hamim é uma das maiores companhias produtoras de artigos de vestuário, exis
tem mais de 15 fábricas deste grupo. 6 fábricas estão no mesmo edifício na área de Tejgaon em Dhaka. Entre estes 6, há um sindicato registrado chamado " New Modern Garment Workers & Employees Union, Reg. No - Dhaka - 4485 ", que é filiado a Federação Nacional de Trabalhadores em Artigos de Vestuário. Nas outras 5 fábricas também existem membros da Federação Nacional de Trabalhadores de Artigos de Vestuário, seguidores e ativistas.
No ínico do mês de Jejum muçulmano, que começou no 2º dia de Setembro, trabalhadores dessas 6 fábricas haviam feito algumas exigências, como: aumento do salário, gratificação por trabalhar em feriados (datas Festivas), gratificação de freqüência, licença para não trabalhar em feriados (datas festiva), etc.
Mas a Diretoria começou a retirar das fábricas os Sindicatos e seus ativistas. Como parte disso, A Direção por si só e por 3 supervisores indiciou 4 falsos casos contra Hafizur Rahman Sabuj, presidente do Síndicato "New Modern Garment Workers & Employees". A Diretoria também incluiu o nome do vice presidente em um caso. Hafizur Rahman Sabuj esta agora preso desde o dia 29 de Setembro. A Diretoria ainda demitiu 21 trabalhadores dessas 6 fábricas - os quais eram lideres do Sindicato, membros e sócios ativistas da NGWF.
4 companhias são intimamente envolvidas com o Grupo Hamim. São estas: GAP, KOHLS, J.C. Penny e V.F. Ásia.
Do NGWF, nós estamos informando tudo ao Conselheiro legal do Grupo Hamim, aos funcionários da BGMEA, e ao pessoal das 4 companhias sócias do Grupo Hamim. Mas até agora não houve progresso, nem ao menos uma reunião. No entanto, as demissões, ameaças e vítimas continuam.

Por favor, tomem ações urgentes para libertar o presidente do Sindicato, readmitir os trabalhadores demitidos e acabar com a repressão.

Trade Union Leader is in The prison, 21 activist fired - urgent action needed.



Hamim group is one of the biggest garment producing company. there are more

than 15 factories under this Hamim. 6 factories are in the same building in

Tejgaon area in Dhaka. Among these 6 , there is a register union named "

New Modern Garment Workers & Employees Union , Reg. No - Dhaka - 4485 "

, in New Modern Garment - that is affiliated with the National Garment Workers

Federation. In the other 5 factories also have NGWF members, followers and

activist.

At the beggining of the Muslim Fasting month that had started on the 2nd of

September, workers of these 6 factories had raised some demands like - increase

of the wage, Festival
 bonus, Attendance bonus , festival leave ETC.

Management had meet some of their demands.

But management started clean up the factories from the trade union and trade

union activist . As a part of this, Management its self and by the 3

supervisors filled 4 false cases against Hafizur Rahman Sabuj ,president of the

New Modern Garment workers & employees union. Mangement also included the

name of the vice president in one case. Hafizur Rahman Sabuj is now in the

prison from the 29th September. mangement fired 21 workers from these 6

factories - those are the union leaders, union members, NGWF activist and

members.

4 sourching companies are presently involve with the Hamim group. These are :

GAP, KOHLS, J.C.Penny and V.F. Asia.



From the NGWF , we have informed the whole things to the legal advisor of
 the

Hamim group, concern Officials of the BGMEA, Local people of the 4 sourching

company.

But , till today there is no development , even there is no meeting ----- On

the other hand firing, threats and victimisations are continuing.

Pls take urgent action to free the president of the union, reinstet the fired

workers, stop victimisations.
